Hello all!

Another small update, this time with the following changes:

• Restored mouse input when Swingput is active
• Fixed CPU players getting confused when input mode is set to Press & Hold
• Added minimap zoom with L3/F6 on Driving Range
• Added scrolling mouse wheel now pages through ball/hair selection in profile editor
• Added scrolling  mouse wheel now scrolls through league browser pages
• Added league browser now indicates any change in player position
• Added Career rounds now summarise the active league instead of displaying a trophy
